2. Service description

GoSeny is a SaaS multichannel customer service platform powered by AI, based on the Client's knowledge base.

GoSeny may improve, modify or discontinue features while preserving service quality.

3. Registration and account

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
• Maintain credential confidentiality and responsibility for all account activities.
• Each user must have individual credentials.
• Immediately report any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, payment and implementation

• Plans and pricing are described on the Plans page or commercial proposal.
• An implementation fee may apply.
• Monthly fees are due per the contracted period.
• Late payment may result in access suspension.
• Price adjustments will be communicated in advance.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

• AI responses are based on the Client's knowledge base. Quality depends on that material.
• The Client is responsible for content and AI agent configuration.
• AI is a support tool. Responses may contain inaccuracies.
• In BYOK plans, the Client is responsible for the AI provider costs.

6. Client obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Use the Platform lawfully
• Not use the Platform for spam, illegal or offensive content
• Respect integrated channel policies (e.g., Meta's WhatsApp policies)
• Obtain legal bases for processing end customer data
• Not attempt to access other clients' data
• Not reverse-engineer the Platform

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual property

• The Platform, software, design, trademarks and logos are GoSeny's property.
• These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
• Client-registered content remains the Client's property.

8. Data protection

Data processing complies with the Privacy Policy and LGPD.

GoSeny is the Processor and the Client is the Controller of end customer data.

9. Availability and support

GoSeny strives for continuous availability, with possible maintenance interruptions.

Support conditions and SLA follow the contracted plan.

10. Limitation of liability

GoSeny is not liable for: (i) Client-registered content; (ii) decisions based on AI responses; (iii) third-party or force majeure unavailability; (iv) misuse of the Platform.

Liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

11. Term and termination

• These Terms are valid during the contractual relationship.
• The Client may terminate per contractual conditions.
• GoSeny may suspend access for violations or non-payment.
• Post-termination data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

GoSeny may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

13. General provisions and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

The jurisdiction of Florianopolis, Santa Catarina is elected for disputes.
