This Privacy Policy describes how GoSeny AI Technology collects, uses, stores and protects personal data within the multichannel AI-powered customer service platform.
This Policy complies with Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014).

2. Our role: Data Processor
Data subject rights requests should be directed first to the Controller company. GoSeny provides the technical tools for the Controller to fulfill these requests.
The client company that contracts GoSeny is the Data Controller of their end customers' data. They decide what data to process and for what purpose.
GoSeny acts as the Data Processor: we process personal data on behalf of and under the instructions of the client company (Controller).
For direct Platform users (people who contract and operate GoSeny), GoSeny acts as Controller.
3. Data we collect
GoSeny follows the data minimization principle: we only collect data necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
3.1 Data provided by you (Platform client): registration data (name, email, phone, company, role), authentication data (encrypted credentials) and billing data.
3.2 Data processed on behalf of the Controller: end customer identification and contact data, message content and conversations, service history and tickets.
3.3 Automatically collected data: usage and browsing data, access logs, IP address, device information, cookies and similar technologies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
GoSeny does not use client personal data to train third-party AI models.
We use personal data for the following purposes:

6. International data transfer
Some sub-processors may process data on servers located outside Brazil. GoSeny adopts safeguards in compliance with articles 33-36 of the LGPD.
7. Data retention
The Controller company may set its own retention policies within the Platform.
- During the contract term with the client company.
- After contract termination, for 6 months for backup, audit and legal compliance.
- Data may be anonymized and retained for statistical purposes.
8. Data subject rights
If you are an end customer served by a company using GoSeny, direct your request to the company (Controller). If you are a direct Platform user, contact [email protected].
Under article 18 of the LGPD, data subjects may request:
- Confirmation of data processing
- Access to their data
- Correction of incomplete or outdated data
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data
- Data portability
- Deletion of consent-based data
- Information about data sharing
- Withdrawal of consent
9. Information security
In case of a security incident posing relevant risk, GoSeny will notify ANPD and affected data subjects.
