WhatsApp disconnected — what to do

If WhatsApp stops receiving or sending messages:

1. Go to the Connectors / Channels area and check the connection status.
2. Reconnect following the on-screen instructions.
3. Check if there were any changes to the associated WhatsApp Business account.
4. If the problem persists, contact support via WhatsApp.
