Internal tickets — how to open a request for another team
In addition to external customer service, GoSeny allows team members to open internal requests for departments like Finance, IT or HR.
1. Open a new internal ticket.
2. Select the destination department.
3. Describe the request.
The entire destination department team can see the request and whoever is available takes it. It's the same logic as external support, applied to internal communication — everything in one place, no requests lost in message groups.
