What each plan includes

All plans include GoSeny AI, ticket management and support. What changes between them is mainly: number of included users, WhatsApp numbers, email accounts and ERP integration, the AI model (GoSeny global AI on the Basic, Pro and Business plans; own provider/BYOK on Enterprise), AI interaction volume (5,000/month on Basic, 10,000 on Pro, 20,000 on Business and unlimited on Enterprise) and the audio transcription allowance (500/1,000/2,000 per month).
