What each plan includes

All plans include GoSeny AI, ticket management and support. What changes between them is mainly: number of included users, WhatsApp numbers, email accounts, social media availability and ERP integration, the AI model (GoSeny global AI on Basic; own provider/BYOK from Pro onwards) and AI interaction volume (500/month on Basic; unlimited on others).
