How the AI interaction limit works (Basic plan)

The Basic plan includes up to 500 AI interactions per month. This limit is designed for companies that are starting to structure their support with AI.

When approaching or reaching the limit, the path is to upgrade to the Pro plan, which offers unlimited AI interactions. The other plans (Pro, Business and Enterprise) don't have this monthly limit.
