How implementation works (1 to 3 business days)

GoSeny implementation is assisted and usually takes 1 to 3 business days. During this period, the GoSeny team helps you to:

1. Import and organize your knowledge base.
2. Connect support channels (WhatsApp and email).
3. Configure the AI agent (name, tone of voice, rules and messages).

At the end, your operation is ready to serve. Implementation is charged as a one-time fee, informed in the proposal according to the contracted plan.
