How to get started with GoSeny
To start using GoSeny, follow these steps:
1. Register your company — Access the panel and fill in your organization details.
2. Add users — Invite your team and define roles (Admin, Supervisor, Operator).
3. Feed the Knowledge Base — Register FAQs, processes and documents.
4. Connect your channels — Set up WhatsApp and/or email.
5. Activate the AI Agent — Configure tone of voice and escalation rules.
The entire setup process is assisted by the GoSeny team and takes 1 to 3 business days.
