How to register and organize your knowledge base
1. Go to the Knowledge Base area.
2. Create articles with information your customers frequently ask about.
3. Write clearly and objectively: each article should answer one topic well.
4. Keep the base updated whenever something changes (prices, deadlines, policies).
Tips for an efficient base:
- Prefer short articles focused on one topic, rather than one giant article.
- Use the language your customers use when asking questions.
- Review periodically and remove outdated information.
